According to an aspect of the present invention, a form to be assembled in a non-removable manner comprises: a unit member (10) formed by coupling a plurality of extension plates (11) in an adjacently meshing state; grip members (30) fixed on one surface of the unit member (10) at regular intervals, and formed to be plastically deformed by an external force; and a reinforcing bar member allowing the grip members (30) to be interposed to be fixed on one surface thereof to connect the plurality of unit members (10). Accordingly, the present invention is based on a non-removal form of a main component assembly structure, is applicable to a column or a wall as well as a beam, and secures work convenience and sufficient strength to promote an increase in utilization.
본 발명의 일면에 의하면, 무해체 방식으로 조립 가능한 거푸집에 있어서: 복수의 연장판재(11)를 인접하게 맞물린 상태로 결합하여 형성되는 단위부재(10); 상기 단위부재(10)의 일면에 일정한 간격으로 고정되고, 외력에 의한 소성변형이 가능하게 형성되는 파지부재(30); 및 상기 단위부재(10)를 복수로 연결하도록 일면에 파지부재(30)를 개재하여 고정되는 철근부재;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 주요부 조립 구조의 무해체 방식 거푸집을 기반으로 하면서 보는 물론 기둥이나 벽체에 적용할 수 있고 작업의 편의성과 더불어 충분한 강도를 확보하여 활용성 증대를 도모하는 효과가 있다.
