Square shaft for lever handle
The present invention relates to a commonly used square shaft for a window lever handle. According to the present invention, in a window locking apparatus which comprises a lever handle assembly (1) made of a lever handle (1a) and a mount (1b) and a keeper (2), the square shaft (12) connects and links a square shaft hole (11;) formed in the center of a pivot (11) of the mount (1b) and a square shaft hole (21′) formed in the center of a rotor (21) of the keeper (2). The square shaft (12) forms a square shaft unit (12a) with a side of 7 mm on one side, and a small square support shaft (12b), into which a square pipe shaft (12c) with a side of 8 mm is inserted, on the other side. A square hole (12c′) formed in the center of the square pipe shaft (12c) is inserted into the square support shaft (12b), such that the square shaft can be used in a stable manner even if the square shaft hole (21′) of the rotor (21) is different from the square shaft hole (11′) of the pivot (11). As such, the present invention has many effects to allow a user to easily connect and use a single square shaft (12) even if the square shaft hole (21′) of the rotor (21) and the square shaft hole (11′) of the pivot (11), which are respectively of the size of 7 mm and that of 8 mm, are different from each other in accordance with the manufacturer, thereby maximizing the compatibility of a square shaft and at the same time, maximizing reliability.
본 발명은 창호 레버핸들용 공용 사각축에 관한 것이다. 구성에 있어서, 본 발명은 레버핸들(1a)과 마운트(1b)로 이루어진 레버핸들조립체(1)와 키퍼(2)로 이루어진 창호 잠금장치에 있어서, 마운트(1b)의 피벗(11) 중심에 형성된 사각축공(11')과 키퍼(2)의 회전체(21) 중심에 형성된 사각축공(21')을 한 축으로 연결하여 연동시키는 사각축(12)을 구성하되, 상기 사각축(12)은 일 측에 한 변이 7mm인 사각축부(12a)를, 그리고 타 측에는 한 변이 8mm인 사각관축(12c)이 삽입되는 작은 사각지지축(12b)을 형성하여, 상기 사각지지축(12b)에 사각관축(12c) 중심에 형성된 사각구멍(12c')을 삽입함으로서 회전체(21)의 사각축공(21')과 피벗(11)의 사각축공(11')이 다른 경우에도 안정적으로 사용할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 제조사에 따라 회전체(21)의 사각축공(21')과 피벗(11)의 사각축공(11')이 7mm와 8mm로 서로 다르더라도 하나의 사각축(12)으로 손쉽게 연결하여 사용할 수 있어 사각축의 호환성이 극대화됨과 동시에 신뢰성이 극대화되는 등 많은 효과가 따른다.

The present invention relates to a commonly used square shaft for a window lever handle.
