The present invention relates to a prefabricated permanent form and a construction method thereof, wherein the prefabricated permanent form can simply couple reinforcing bars such as a strut in a detachable and attachable manner without welding the same to a bead in the form one by one, thereby improving form manufacture efficiency. According to the present invention, the prefabricated permanent form includes: a form main body to which a plurality of metal plates are coupled so that a space for placing concrete is formed; a plurality of reinforcing bars installed to be fixed into the form main body; and a reinforcing bar connecting material coupled to an inner side surface of the form main body to fix the reinforcing bars to be detached and attached.
본 발명은 스트럽과 같은 철근을 거푸집 내측의 비드에 일일이 용접하지 않고 간단히 착탈식으로 결합할 수 있도록 함으로써 거푸집의 제작 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 조립식 영구 거푸집 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 조립식 영구 거푸집은, 금속 재질로 된 복수의 판이 결합되어 콘크리트가 타설되는 공간을 형성하는 거푸집 본체; 상기 거푸집 본체의 내측에 고정되게 설치되는 복수의 철근; 및, 상기 거푸집 본체의 내측면에 결합되어 상기 철근을 탈착 가능하게 고정하는 철근 연결재;를 포함할 수 있다.
