본 발명은스크류를 이용한 맨홀덮개 개폐 구조에 관한 것으로, 맨홀틀(100)의 내측에 착탈가능한 지지대(200)를 설치하고, 상기 지지대(200)에는 맨홀덮개(300)를 관통하고 상단에 각진 머리부(410)를 갖고 맨홀덮개(300) 하부에 받침부(420)를 갖는 스크류(400)가 나사결합되도록 구성된 맨홀덮개 개폐 구조에 있어서, 상기 지지대(200)의 중심에 상하 관통형성하되 상부 내주면은 상부로 갈수록 좁아지는 경사면(520)이 형성되고 상기 경사면(520)에는 하나 이상의 가이드(530)가 경사면(520)을 따라 상하방향으로 형성된 체결공(510); 상부 외주면이 상기 경사면(520)과 대응되게 형성되고 내주면에 스크류(400)와 대응되는 나사홈이 형성되어 길이방향으로 다수개로 분할형성되어 상기 가이드(530)와 맞물려 체결공(510) 내에서 경사면(520)을 따라 상하 이동되는 복수개의 암나사 피스(600); 중심에 스크류(400)가 관통되는 관통공이 형성되고 상기 암나사 피스(600)의 하부를 받치는 지지플레이트(700); 상기 지지플레이트(700) 하부에 위치되는 스프링(800); 을 포함하여 구성되어, 맨홀덮개를 잠그는 과정에서 스크류의 회전수가 최소가 되도록 하면서 진동등에 의하여 맨홀덮개가 떠오르더라도 자동차 등의 하중으로 저절로 하강되면서 잠금 상태로 초기화 되도록 하여 맨홀덮개 개폐작업이 용이하도록 하면서 안전성이 확보되도록 한 스크류를 이용한 맨홀덮개 개폐 구조에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a manhole cover opening/closing structure using a screw. More particularly, the present invention relates to a manhole cover opening/closing structure using a screw, wherein an attachable/detachable support rack is installed inside a manhole frame, and a screw is screw-coupled to the support rack, the screw penetrating the manhole cover and having an angled head portion at the upper end thereof. The manhole cover opening/closing structure using a screw comprises: a female screw holder formed at the center of the support rack, the female screw holder having a fastening hole formed to penetrate the center thereof in the upward/downward direction, a sloping surface being formed on the upper portion of the fastening hole so as to be wider in the downward direction, and the sloping surface having at least one guide formed along the sloping surface in the upward/downward direction; multiple female-screw pieces each having an upper outer peripheral surface formed to correspond to the sloping surface, and having multiple screw grooves separately formed in the longitudinal direction on the inner peripheral surface thereof so as to correspond to a screw such that same engage with the guide and move upwards/downwards inside the fastening hole; a support plate having a through-hole formed at the center thereof such that a screw penetrates same, the support plate supporting lower portions of the female-screw pieces; a spring positioned beneath the support plate; and a ring-type spring holder provided beneath the center of the support rack so as to support the spring.
