One aspect of the present invention relates to an exterior material fixing apparatus for installing an exterior material on an outer wall of a building and, more specifically, to an exterior material fixing apparatus capable of minimizing energy losses of a building by blocking heat conduction through a fixing apparatus combined with an outer wall of the building, and ultimately embodying a zero-energy building by preventing indoor dew condensation. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the exterior material fixing apparatus can stably support a load applied onto a bracket through a connection member connecting the bracket and an anchor member combined with an outer wall of a building while solving various issues such as mold and dew condensation appearing in an indoor area and energy losses of the building, which are caused by an increase in heat flowing in the indoor area from the outside through a separation space formed between the exterior material fixing apparatus and an insulation material when the surface of the insulation material is uneven.
본 발명의 일 측면은 건축물의 외부 벽면 상에 외장재를 설치하기 위한 외장재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 건축물의 외부 벽면에 결합되는 고정장치를 통한 열전도를 차단하여 건축물의 에너지 손실을 최소화하고 실내의 결로를 방지함으로서 궁극적으로 제로 에너지 건축(Zero Energy Building) 구현을 위한 외장재 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 외장재 고정장치는 건축물의 외부 벽면에 결합되는 앵커부재 및 브라켓을 연결하는 연결 부재를 통해 상기 브라켓 상에 가해지는 하중을 안정적으로 지지하는 것과 동시에 단열재 자체의 평활도가 불량하여 단열재와 외장재 고정장치 사이에 발생하는 이격공간을 통해 실내로 유입되는 외부의 열이 증대됨에 따라 건축물의 에너지가 손실되고 실내에 결로와 곰팡이가 발생하는 등의 다양한 문제점을 해소하는 외장재 고정장치를 제공할 수 있다.
