According to the present invention, a drainage material fastening plate assembly for constructing vegetation block bags includes: a fastening plate provided as a rectangular plate-shaped body, and including a plurality of fixing wedges formed on upper and lower sides to hang and fix a vegetation block bag; a drainage material supporter detachably combined with the fastening plate in a transverse direction, and provided as a rectangular plate-shaped body to be extended to the rear side of the fastening plate; and a drainage material combined with the upper side of the drainage material supporter in close contact to be extended to the rear side of the fastening plate together with the drainage material supporter, provided to absorb and discharge moisture from the ground to the outside, and supported by the drainage material supporter to prevent sagging. The drainage material is extended to the rear side of the fastening plate to reinforce a resistant moment so as to prevent a slope from leaning forward and overturning when having an acute angle with a horizontal ground surface in a reinforced earth construction method. Accordingly, the drainage material fastening plate assembly is capable of stably protecting a slope such as cut ground, piled ground, a trail slope or the like through greening on the slope as well as being useful for urban environment maintenance such as the purpose of boundary blocks for the creation of urban greening spaces, preventing the collapse of vegetation retaining walls, constructed on a slope of soft ground such as highly humid mudflat-reclaimed land, through a substantial structure, and smoothening the discharge of rainwater or leakage water.
본 발명에 따른 토낭 시공용 배수재 결속플레이트 조립체는: 장방형의 판상체로 마련되며, 상면과 하면에는 다수의 고정쐐기들이 형성되어 토낭이 걸려 고정되도록 하는 결속판; 상기 결속판에 가로방향으로 착탈 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 결속판의 후방으로 연장되도록 장방형의 판상체로 마련된 배수재 지지대; 및, 상기 배수재 지지대의 상면에 밀착되게 결합되어 상기 배수재 지지대와 함께 상기 결속판의 후방으로 연장되며, 지반의 수분이 흡수되어 외부로 배출되도록 구비되고, 상기 배수재 지지대에 의해 처짐이 방지되도록 지지 되는 배수재;를 포함하고, 상기 배수재 지지대는 상기 결속판의 후방으로 연장되어 보강토 공법에서 사면이 수평 지면과 예각일 때에 사면이 전방으로 쏠려 전도되는 것을 방지하도록 저항 모멘트를 보강하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 절토, 성토, 등산로 비탈면 등과 같은 사면에 대한 녹화로 사면을 안정적으로 보호할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 도심의 녹화공간 창출을 위한 경계블록 용도 등 도심 환경정비에 유용하며, 물이 많은 갯벌을 매립한 간척지 등과 같은 연약지반의 사면에 시공된 식생 옹벽의 붕괴를 견고한 구조로 방지할 수 있고, 빗물이나 용출수의 배출이 원활해지도록 할 수 있는 토낭 시공용 배수재 결속플레이트 조립체를 제공할 수 있다.
