The present invention aims to provide a fireproof foam unit, which requires a relatively low manufacturing cost, is constructed conveniently, and has an excellent compatibility and user convenience, a fireproof foam apparatus having the same, a manufacturing method of the fireproof foam, and a construction method of the fireproof foam apparatus. According to the present invention, the fireproof foam unit, which is to block a penetrating hole formed on a floor or a wall of a building to allow a passage member, which has a passage formed inside, to pass through, comprises: the fireproof foam which is able to expand by heat and to block the penetrating hole; and a fireproof net body which has a plurality of penetrating holes and is made of fireproof materials which can withstand heat. The fireproof net body is engaged with the fireproof foam to support and prevent the fireproof foam from being dislodged from the floor or the wall of the building while the fireproof foam is expanding, thereby being supported on the floor or the wall of the building.
본 발명은 제조 단가가 상대적으로 저렴하고, 시공이 편리하며, 호환성 및 사용 편의성이 우수한 내화발포재 유닛 및 이를 포함하는 내화발포재 장치와, 내화발포재 유닛의 제조방법 및 내화발포재 장치의 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 내화발포재 유닛은, 내측에 통로가 형성된 통로 부재가 통과할 수 있도록 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 형성되는 관통구를 차폐하기 위한 내화발포재 유닛에 있어서, 열에 의해 팽창하여 상기 관통구를 막을 수 있는 내화발포재와, 복수의 통공을 구비하고 열에 견딜 수 있는 내화 소재로 이루어지는 내화 망체를 포함한다. 내화 망체는, 내화발포재가 팽창하는 동안 내화발포재를 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에서 이탈되지 않게 지지할 수 있도록 내화발포재와 결합되어 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 지지될 수 있다.
