The present invention relates to an eco-friendly floor material and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the eco-friendly floor material includes: a floor fiber layer; a cork layer formed on the floor fiber layer; a woody board layer formed on the cork layer; and a surface material layer formed on the woody board layer, wherein the surface material layer contains wood powder surface-modified with polyhedral oligomer silsesquioxane, limestone, pigment, polylysine, volcanic ash, rosin, and linseed oil. Therefore, the eco-friendly floor material has no environmental pollution even in case of disuse, thereby being eco-friendly.
본 발명은 바닥섬유층; 상기 바닥섬유층 상에 형성된 코르크층; 상기 코르크층 상에 형성된 목질판재층; 및 상기 목질판재층 상에 형성된 표면재층;을 포함하며, 상기 표면재층은 다면체 올리고머 실세스퀴옥산으로 표면개질된 목분, 석회석, 안료, 폴리리신, 화산재, 송진 및 아마인유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 친환경 마루바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
