본 발명은 소구경 밸브실용 배수관말 일체형 퇴수밸브에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 관말단에 정체되어 있는 적수 및 사수를 외부로 손쉽게 퇴수시킬 수 있도록 한 것으로, 소구경 밸브실 등 작업자의 작업이 어려운 부분에 설치가 가능토록 일체형 몸체부를 구성하고, 이러한 일체형 몸체부에 개폐수단과 퇴수를 모두 설치할 수 있도록 하여, 작업이 용이토록 하는 소구경 밸브실용 배수관말 일체형 퇴수밸브에 관한 것이다.
