Fastening device with clearance adjustment function in the non-weld fence
The present invention relates to a weldless fence and, more specifically, to a fastening device having a gap adjustment function for a weldless fence. In order to correct a discrepancy between a base anchor hole of a support and a foundation anchor, which can occur when a fence is installed, while improving a fastening fixing force between a transverse bar and the support through a minimized simple fastening structure, the fastening device includes: each vertical fastening member connecting each transverse bar with each support so as to prevent each transverse bar from being separated from each support by mutually penetrating both ends of each transverse bar in a vertical direction from the outside or inside of each support; and a gap adjustment member having one end connected with upper and lower parts of each vertical fastening member and having the other end fastened and fixed by penetrating each support or one side while moving forward or backward to left and right sides so as to remove a gap between a span length of the fence and a placement interval of a foundation. Accordingly, the present invention can have an effect of quickly assembling a fence on an accurate position within a short time as well as an effect of having excellent economic feasibility in production and construction and high quality reliability by preventing a construction error without causing a deterioration in the quality of an original design.
본 발명은 무용접 펜스에 있어, 펜스 설치 시 발생하는 기초 앵커와 지주의 베이스 앵커 홀 간의 불일치를 보정 할 수 있으면서 최소한의 간단한 체결 구조로 지주와 횡대의 체결 고정력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 각 지주의 외측 또는 내부에서 각 횡대의 양단부를 수직방향으로 각각 상호 관통하여 각 횡대가 각 지주로부터 분리되는 것을 방지하도록 연결하는 각각 수직체결 부재; 및 상기 각 수직체결 부재의 상단 및 하단에 일단이 결합되고 타단은 각 지주를 관통 또는 일 측면을 통과하여 체결 고정되면서 기초의 배치 간격과 펜스의 경간 길이 간의 유격이 제거되게 좌우로 전진 내지 후진할 수 있도록 구비되는 유격조절부재;를 포함하는 무용접 펜스의 유격조절 기능을 구비한 체결장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 펜스의 조립작업이 단시간 내에 신속하고 정확한 위치로 조립할 수 있는 효과와 함께 당 초의 설계 품질을 저하시키지 않고 시공 오차 또한 발생하지 않아 높은 품질의 신뢰성과 생산 및 시공의 경제성이 우수한 효과를 가진다.

The present invention relates to a weldless fence and, more specifically, to a fastening device having a gap adjustment function for a weldless fence.
