The present invention relates to a patterned elastic pavement composition using cork chips and a construction method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to an elastic pavement composition using cork chips, having deodorizing and antibacterial power and good durability by reinforcing strength that may be insufficient in prior art by using cork chips, which are an eco-friendly material, and to a construction method thereof. The patterned elastic pavement composition using cork chips of the present invention is formulated by putting a mixture in a stirrer, and then adding 30 to 90 parts by weight of cork chips having a size of 2 to 15 mm and coated with a coating liquid on the surface into an air nozzle installed inside the stirrer, followed by stirring, wherein the mixture comprises 10 to 50 parts by weight of a polyurethane binder, 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of carbon nanotube, 5 to 20 parts by weight of natural mineral particles, 5 to 10 parts by weight of calcium carbonate (limestone), 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of aluminum hydroxide, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent, and 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of phytoncide.
본 발명은 코르크칩을 이용한 문양 탄성포장재 조성물 및 그의 시공공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히는 친환경 소재인 코르크칩을 이용함으로써 부족할 수 있는 강도를 보강하여 내구성이 좋고 탈취 및 항균력을 갖는 코르크칩을 이용한 탄성포장재 조성물 및 그의 시공공법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 코르크칩을 이용한 문양 탄성포장재 조성물은 폴리우레탄 바인더 10~50중량부, 카본나노튜브 0.1~2중량부, 천연광물입자 5~20중량부, 탄산칼슘(석회석) 5~10중량부, 수산화알루미늄 0.1~5중량부, 항균제 0.1~5중량부, 피톤치드 0.1~3중량부를 교반기에 넣은 후, 2~15mm 크기를 갖는 코팅액이 표면에 도포된 코르크칩 30~90중량부를 교반기의 내측에 설치된 에어노즐로 투입 후 교반하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
