WASHING METHOD FOR PIPE LIKE WATER PIPELINE
The present invention provides a cleaning method, which increases a cleaning capacity by using compressed air, thereby effectively detaching foreign substances attached to an inner surface to implement favorable cleaning performance. The cleaning method of the present invention includes: a first step of closing blocking valves at both sides and securing one side operation hole and the other side operation hole at one side and the other side; a second step of connecting a cleaning pressure supplying device to one side operation hole and installing the other side opening and closing valve on the other side operation hole; a third step of increasing an internal pressure of a pipeline by supplying water and compressed air into the pipeline in a state of closing the other side opening and closing valve; and a fourth step of allowing the compressed air and the water to be scattered together and spouted to the other side operation hole by opening the other side opening and closing valve while the internal pressure reaches a set value.
본 발명은 압축공기를 이용하여 세척력을 증대시킴으로써 내표면에 부착된 이물질을 효과적으로 탈락시켜 양호한 세척성능을 발휘하는 세척방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 양측 차단밸브를 폐쇄하고 일측과 타측에 일측작업공 및 타측작업공을 확보하는 1단계, 세척압공급장치를 일측작업공에 연결하고 타측작업공에는 타측개폐밸브를 설치하는 2단계, 타측개폐밸브를 폐쇄한 상태에서 물과 압축공기를 관로의 내부로 공급하여 관로의 내부압력을 상승시키는 3단계, 내부압력이 설정치에 도달한 상태에서 타측개폐밸브를 개방하여 압축된 공기와 물이 함께 비산하여 타측작업공으로 분출되는 4단계를 포함한다.
