The present invention relates to a vacuum pair glass manufacturing apparatus and a vacuum pair glass manufactured thereby. The vacuum pair glass includes: a lower spacer placed in a lower part of bonded glass panels, in a spacer, and including a through hole formed to connect an external space with a space part between the bonded glass panels; and an exhaust and sealing unit exhausting air and moisture existing in the space part between the bonded glass panels in a close contact state by being inserted so as to surround the through hole of the lower spacer, and sealing and finishing the through hole of the lower spacer when a vacuum condition is formed due to the completion of the exhaustion. The through hole of the lower spacer has a trapezoidal longitudinal section shape such that its cross-section area becomes gradually wider from top to bottom, and the vacuum pair glass is manufactured by the vacuum pair glass manufacturing apparatus.
본 발명은 진공 복층유리의 제조장치 및 이 제조장치에 의해 제조된 진공 복층유리에 관한 것으로서, 진공 복층유리는 간봉 중에서, 상기 합착된 유리판들 하부에 배치되어, 상기 합착된 유리판들 사이의 공간부와 외부 공간을 연결하는 통공이 형성된 하부 스페이서; 상기 하부 스페이서의 통공을 감싸도록 끼워져서 밀착된 상태로 상기 합착된 유리판들 사이의 공간부에 존재하는 공기와 수분을 배기시키고, 배기가 완료되어 진공상태가 되면 상기 하부 스페이서의 통공을 실링 마감하는 배기 및 실링 유닛을 포함하되, 상기 하부 스페이서의 통공은, 상부로부터 하부로 향할수록 그 단면적이 점차적으로 넓어지도록 그 종단면 형상이 사다리꼴 형상을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하고, 진공 복층유리는 상기한 진공 복층유리 제조장치에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 한다.
