Method for Preparing Candle or Gypsum Fragrance with Porous Surface
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a candle or a gypsum fragrance having a porous surface. According to the method of the present invention, wax is hardened very similarly to a phenomenon in which actual bread is inflated and baked in an oven so that various bread-like textures with a complete three-dimensional effect are expressed, and a surface having pores, which are almost similar to pores of the actual bread, is expressed when a resulting product is cut to observe a section of the resulting product. In addition, a porous structure is implemented on a surface of the gypsum fragrance in the same way to express a surface similar to volcanic stones or concrete so that gypsum fragrances having various aesthetic impressions are provided. The method of manufacturing the candle having the porous surface includes: heating wax to melt the wax; adding water to the molten wax and stirring a resulting mixture; adding sodium hydrogen carbonate to the mixture of the wax and the water and stirring a resulting mixture; and molding the mixture of the wax, the water, and the sodium hydrogen carbonate by using a mold.
본 발명은 다공성 표면을 갖는 캔들 또는 석고방향제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 실제 빵이 오븐에서 부풀며 구워지는 현상과 매우 비슷하게 왁스를 굳힐 수 있어 완전한 입체감을 지닌 다양한 빵 재질을 표현할 수 있으며, 결과물의 단면을 잘랐을 때 실제 빵과 거의 유사한 기공을 갖는 표면을 표현할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 또한, 동일한 방법으로 석고방향제의 표면에 다공성 구조를 구현하여 화산석이나 콘크리트와 유사한 표면을 표현할 수 있어, 다양한 심미감을 갖는 석고방향제를 제공할 수 있다.
