Construction method of concrete structure using highly weathering urea paint containing fluoropolymer
The present invention relates to a concrete structure construction method using a highly weather resistant urea paint containing a fluorine polymer and, more specifically, to a concrete structure construction method comprising: a first step of removing foreign substances on a surface of a concrete structure and pre-treating the same; a second step of applying a primer composition to the pre-treated surface; a third step of applying a waterproof paint composition to the surface onto which the primer composition is applied; and a fourth step of applying a urea paint composition to the surface onto which the waterproof paint composition is applied. In particular, the highly weather urea paint containing a fluorine polymer improves weather resistance, mechanical properties and chemical resistance, and has excellent workability.
본 발명은 불소폴리머를 포함하는 고내후성 우레아계 도료를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 콘크리트 구조물 표면에 이물질을 제거하여 전처리하는 제1 단계; 상기 전처리된 표면에 프라이머 조성물을 도포하는 제2 단계; 상기 프라이머 조성물이 도포된 표면에 방수용 도료 조성물을 도포하는 제3 단계; 및 상기 방수용 도료 조성물이 도포된 표면에 우레아계 도료 조성물을 도포하는 제4 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 특히, 불소폴리머를 포함하는 고내후성 우레아계 도료는 내후성, 기계적 물성 및 내약품성을 향상시키고 작업성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
