The present invention relates to a paved road integrated work hole cover device capable of preventing an accident caused by damage to the surface of a paved road, wherein the cover device is provided in a form integrated with a paved road. The paved road integrated work hole cover device capable of preventing an accident caused by damage to the surface of a paved road comprises: a fixing frame made of a concrete material and buried in an upper portion of a work hole; a cover part including a bottom plate made of a metal plate having a width inserted into the fixing plate, an outer wall formed to have the same height as a road surface when inserted into the fixing frame along the lateral surface of the bottom plate, a dividing wall for forming a divied space formed by dividing an upper space of a bottom plate formed by the outer wall into a checkerboard shape, and having the height (H1) as much as 0.5-0.7 H of the height (H) of the outer wall, a twisting preventing part welded to a lower portion of the bottom plate, connected in a ladder shape by connecting H-beams, and coupled to be in surface-contact with a lower surface of the bottom plate to enable surfaces of the H-beams to be connected to each other, and a fastening means installation hole corresponding to a fastening means through-hole of the fixing frame; a separation preventing part added to the cover part to prevent the separation of a cover exposing part; and the cover exposing part having the separation preventing part embedded therein and configured to prevent the separation of the cover part. Accordingly, the same friction coefficient as a paved road is provided to prevent a vehicle from slipping on a raining road or on a snowy road, and the separation preventing part prevents a lump of asphalt or a lump of concrete from being separated from each divided space, and accordingly, it is possible to prevent an accident from occurring.

본 발명 포장도로면 파손으로 인한 사고를 예방하는 포장도로 일체형 작업구 덮개 장치는, 포장도로와 일체된 형태를 제공하는 포장도로면 파손으로 인한 사고를 예방하는 포장도로 일체형 작업구 덮개 장치에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트 소재로 이루어진 작업구의 상부에 매설되는 고정틀과, 상기 고정틀에 삽입되는 넓이의 금속판으로 이루어진 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판의 측면을 따라 상기 고정틀에 삽입시에 도로면과 같은 높이를 형성하는 외벽과, 상기 외벽에 의해 형성된 바닥판의 상부공간을 바둑판 형상으로 분할하여 분할공간을 형성하되 상기 외벽 높이(H)의 0.5 ~ 0.7H 만큼의 높이(H1)를 갖는 분할벽과, 상기 바닥판의 하부에 용접 결합되며 H빔을 연결하여 사다리 형상으로 연결하되 H빔의 면이 연결되도록 하여 바닥판 하부면과 면대면으로 접하여 결합하는 뒤틀림 방지부와 상기 고정틀의 체결수단 관통공과 대응하는 체결수단 설치공을 포함하는 덮개부와, 상기 덮개부에 부가되어 덮개 노출부의 이탈을 방지하는 이탈 방지부와, 상기 이탈 방지부가 내제되어 상기 덮개부에서 이탈이 방지되는 덮개 노출부을 포함하여 포장도로와 동일한 마찰계수를 제공함으로써 빗길이나 눈길에서 차량이 미끄러지는 것을 방지하고, 이탈 방지부를 통하여 각 분할공간에서 아스콘 덩어리 또는 콘크리트 덩어리가 떨어져 나가는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있고 이를 통해 사고를 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
