The present invention relates to a T^2SA polymer manufacturing method and a TGRS repair, reinforcement, and coating method using the same. The T^2SA polymer manufacturing method and the TGRS repair, reinforcement, and coating method using the same comprise the steps of: chipping and cleaning a reinforced concrete structure to be repaired; removing rust from reinforcing bars in the reinforced concrete structure; installing a reinforcing material in the reinforced concrete structure; applying an alkali imparting agent to the reinforced concrete structure; applying a primer to the reinforced concrete structure to which the alkali imparting agent is applied; and pouring repair mortar on the primer so that the reinforcing material and the reinforced concrete structure are buried, and further comprise a step of applying a neutralization prevention and high-performance coating agent to the surface on which the repair mortar is poured. According to the present technique, provided is a method for protecting reinforcing bars and performing repair and reinforcing coating on a concrete structure, which ensures improved acid resistance.
본 기술은 T²SA 폴리머의 제조방법과 이를 이용한 TGRS 보수 보강 코팅공법에 관한 것이다. 본 기술의 T²SA 폴리머의 제조방법과 이를 이용한 TGRS 보수 보강 코팅공법은 보수대상이 되는 철근콘크리트 구조물을 치핑 및 세정하는 단계; 상기 철근콘크리트 구조물 내의 철근에서 녹을 제거하는 단계; 상기 철근콘크리트 구조물에 보강재를 설치하는 단계; 상기 철근콘크리트 구조물에 알칼리부여제를 도포하는 단계; 상기 알칼리부여제가 도포된 상기 철근콘크리트 구조물 상에 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 보강재와 철근콘크리트 구조물이 매립되도록 상기 프라이머 상에 보수몰탈을 타설하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 보수몰탈이 타설되어 있는 표면상에 염해 중성화 방지 및 중방식 코팅제를 도포하는 단계;를 더 포함할 수 있다. 본 기술에 따르면, 우수한 내산성을 확보할 수 있는 철근 보호 및 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강 코팅 공법을 제공할 수 있다.
