Rapid hardening cement concrete composition and road reparing method therewith
The present invention relates to a fast-curing cement concrete composition including 13 to 28 parts by weight of a fast-curing binder, 2 to 8 parts by weight of a latex polymer, and 2 to 10 parts by weight of water, based on 100 parts by weight of an aggregate. The fast-curing binder includes 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of alginate, 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of a heat control agent, and 0.04 to 18 parts by weight of an additive, based on 100 parts by weight of a cement binder, thereby preventing drying shrinkage and micro-cracking by controlling initial heat due to the fast-curing binder.
본 발명은 골재 100 중량부에 대하여, 속경성 결합재 13~28 중량부, 라텍스 고분자 2~8 중량부 및 물 2~10 중량부를 포함하는 속경성 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 속경성 결합재는, 시멘트 바인더 100 중량부에 대하여, 알긴산염 0.1~5 중량부, 발열조절제 0.1~3 중량부 및 첨가제 0.04~18 중량부를 포함하여, 속경성 결합재에 의한 초기 발열을 조절함으로써 건조수축 및 미소균열을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
