High Perfomance Collar Grout Composition And High Performance Collar Shotcrete Construction Method Using The Same
The present invention relates to a high-performance color grouting composition to be mixed with shotcrete generally blended by a ready mixed concrete truck so as to produce high-performance colored shotcrete, and to a high-performance colored shotcrete construction method. The high-performance color grouting composition is configured by mixing 15-20 parts by weight of water with 100 parts by weight of a high-performance coloring mixture which includes 50-70 parts by weight of a general pigment which is a colorant, 15-30 parts by weight of blast furnace slag, 1-2 parts by weight of a water reducing agent, 2-5 parts by weight of a dispersant, 2-5 parts by weight of a moisturizing material, 5-15 parts by weight of a reinforcing material, and 5-8 parts by weight of silica. The high-performance color grouting composition is mixed with shotcrete by a mounted rotary screw type mixing device or is mixed with shotcrete by compressed air introduced into a force-feed hose of a pump car, thereby producing high-performance colored shotcrete.
본 발명은, 래미콘트럭에 의하여 일반 배합된 숏크리트와 혼합되어 고성능 칼라숏크리트를 생산하는 고성능 칼라그라우팅 조성물은, 착색재인 일반 안료 50~70 중량부, 고로 슬래그 15~30 중량부, 감수제 1~2 중량부, 분산제 2~5 중량부, 보습재 2~5 중량부, 강화재 5~15 중량부, 규사 5~8 중량부로 구성된 고성능 착색혼합물 100 중량부에 물 15~20 중량부가 혼입되어 구성되며, 상기 고성능 칼라그라우팅 조성물은 숏크리트와 거치용 회전 스크류 방식의 믹서기에 의해 혼합되거나 펌프카의 압송 호스 내로 주입된 압축공기에 혼합되어 생산된 고성능 칼라숏크리트의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
