LIFTING JACK USING DOUBLE LOCK AND NUT AND STRUCTURE REINFORCEMENT METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a lifting jack using a double lock and nut and a structure reinforcement method using the same, wherein the lifting jack can simply secure safety to efficiently reinforce an upper structure before and after a structure for reinforcing the upper structure is lifted. The lifting jack using a double lock and nut includes: a first lock and nut fastened and fixed to a screw part at a lower portion of an inner rim member lifted for initial setting for allowing the lifting jack to be in contact by lifting only the inner rim member of a hydraulic jack between the upper structure and a lower support part; and a second lock and nut fastened and fixed to a screw part at a lower portion of an outer rim member of the hydraulic jack lifted for lifting the inner rim member to which the first lock and nut initially set for lifting the upper structure is fixed.
상부구조물 보강을 위한 구조물 인상 전, 후에 있어 안전성을 간단하게 확보할 수 있도록 하여 효율적으로 상부구조물 보강이 가능한 이중락앤너트를 이용한 인상잭 및 이를 이용한 구조물보강공법에 대한 것으로서, 상기 이중락앤너트를 이용한 인상잭은 상부구조물과 하부지지부의 사이에 유압잭의 내부 림부재만 상승하여 접하는 초기세팅을 위하여 상승된 내부 림부재 하부의 나사부에 체결되어 고정된 1차 락앤너트; 및 상부구조물을 인상시키기 위하여 초기세팅된 1차 락앤너트가 고정된 내부 림부재를 상승시키기 위하여 상승된 유압잭의 외부 림부재 하부의 나사부에 체결되어 고정된 2차 락앤너트;을 포함한다.
