According to the present invention, a sound-absorbing and sound-proofing plate includes: a front surface unit in which a plurality of holes are formed and through which a noise passes; an inner surface unit in which the front surface unit is coupled to an outer surface and the sound-absorbing plate is mounted and fixed onto an inner space so that the noise is absorbed or passes through one side surface; and a back surface unit in which the inner surface unit is received in the inner space and which supports and fixes the front surface unit coupled to the inner surface unit.
본 발명에 따른 흡음 방음판은, 다수의 홀이 형성되어 소음이 통과되는 전면 유닛; 외부면에 상기 전면 유닛이 결합되고, 내부공간에 흡음판이 안착되어 고정되도록 마련되어 상기 소음을 흡음하거나 상기 소음이 일측면을 통해 통과되도록 마련되는 내면 유닛; 및 상기 내면 유닛이 내부공간에 수용되고, 상기 내면 유닛에 결합된 상기 전면 유닛을 지지하여 고정하는 후면 유닛을 포함한다.
