The present invention provides a smoke window opening and closing device for opening and closing a smoke ventilation window for discharging smoke generated in case of fire, comprising: a housing coupled to a window frame supporting the smoke ventilation window; a driving unit module provided with a driving unit which slidingly moves an attachment coupled to the housing through a power transmission means to be able to protrude, and which has a driving roller, at one side of the power transmission means, coupled to a driving rotary shaft to be able to provide rotational force and a driven roller coupled to the other side of the power transmission means to rotate while being linked with the rotation of the rotating roller such that the attachment can move by the rotation of a drive motor; and a clutch coupled to the upper side of the driving rotary shaft to be movable along the driving rotary shaft and provided to transmit and release the rotational force of the driving rotary shaft to the driving roller side. Accordingly, the present invention can be pre-assembled or manufactured by modularizing the driving unit for driving the window, and modularizing the driving unit, even in the process of painting the housing attached to the window frame in response to the color of the window frame, thereby shortening a manufacturing period.
본 발명은, 화재시 발생한 연기를 배출시키는 배연창을 개폐하는 배연창 개폐 장치에 있어서, 배연창을 지지하는 창문틀에 결합되는 하우징과; 상기 하우징에 돌출 가능하게 결합된 어태치먼트를 동력전달수단를 통해 슬라이딩 가능하게 이동시키고, 구동모터의 회전에 의해 상기 어태치먼트가 이동 가능하게 상기 동력전달수단의 일측에 회전력을 제공 가능하게 원동회전축에 결합된 원동롤러와 상기 동력전달수단의 타측에 결합되어 상기 원동롤러의 회전과 연동되어 회전하는 종동롤러를 구비한 구동부를 구비한 구동부모듈과; 상기 원동회전축을 따라 이동 가능하게 상기 원동회전축의 상측에 결합되어 상기 원동회전축의 회전력을 상기 원동롤러측으로 전달 및 전달해제를 가능하게 마련된 클러치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에, 본 발명에 따르면, 창문을 구동시키는 구동부를 모듈화할 수 있고, 창문틀의 색상에 대응하여 창문틀에 부착되는 하우징을 도색하는 과정에서도 구동부를 모듈화하여 선조립 내지 제작할 수 있어 제조 기간을 단축시킬 수 있는 창 자동 개폐시스템을 제공할 수 있다
