Quaci-noncombustible heat insulator and manufacturing method of the same
The present invention relates to a quasi-noncombustible heat insulator which comprises: a polyurethane foaming foam; a primary panel formed on an upper side of the polyurethane foaming foam; a quasi-noncombustible layer formed on an upper side of the primary panel; and a secondary panel formed on an upper side of the quasi-noncombustible layer. The quasi-noncombustible layer is formed by drying a quasi-noncombustible composition including liquid sodium silicate at a temperature lower than the boiling point of water (H2O). The secondary panel includes: a glass fiber layer formed on an upper side of the quasi-noncombustible layer; and an aluminum foil formed on an upper side of the glass fiber layer. According to the present invention, there can be effects expected to, when there is a stiff rise in temperature when a fire occurs, absorb heat by glassifying the surface of the quasi-noncombustible layer and the vaporization of inner moisture, to expect primary noncombustible (fire-resistant) effect, to make the inner moisture remain as air bubbles by failing to escape because of the glassifying of the surface, to be contained in the glassified layer and form a fire-resistant insulation layer, to expect secondary noncombustible (fire-resistant) effects, to suppress the air from being introduced because of glassification, and to expect tertiary noncombustible (fire-resistant) effects thereby.
본 발명은, 폴리우레탄 발포폼과, 상기 폴리우레탄 발포폼 상부에 형성된 1차 면재와, 상기 1차 면재 상부에 형성된 준불연층과, 상기 준불연층 상부에 형성된 2차 면재를 포함하며, 상기 준불연층은 액상 규산소다를 포함하는 준불연 조성물이 물(H2O)의 끓는점보다 낮은 온도에서 건조되어 형성된 층이고, 상기 2차 면재는, 상기 준불연층 상부에 형성된 유리 섬유층과, 상기 유리 섬유층 상부에 형성된 알루미늄 호일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 준불연 단열재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 화재 발생시 급격한 온도 상승이 있는 경우에 준불연층의 표면 유리화와 내부 수분 증기화로 열 흡수를 하게 되고 이를 통해 1차 불연(내화) 효과를 기대할 수 있고, 내부 수분이 표면 유리화로 인해 탈출하지 못하고 기포로 남아 유리화된 층에 함유되어 내화단열층을 형성함으로써 2차 불연(내화) 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 유리화로 인한 공기 유입이 억제되고 이를 통해 3차 불연(내화) 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

본 발명은, 폴리우레탄 발포폼과, 상기 폴리우레탄 발포폼 상부에 형성된 1차 면재와, 상기 1차 면재 상부에 형성된 준불연층과, 상기 준불연층 상부에 형성된 2차 면재를 포함하며, 상기 준불연층은 액상 규산소다를 포함하는 준불연 조성물이 물(H2O)의 끓는점보다 낮은 온도에서 건조되어 형성된 층이고, 상기 2차 면재는, 상기 준불연층 상부에 형성된 유리 섬유층과, 상기 유리 섬유층 상부에 형성된 알루미늄 호일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 준불연 단열재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 화재 발생시 급격한 온도 상승이 있는 경우에 준불연층의 표면 유리화와 내부 수분 증기화로 열 흡수를 하게 되고 이를 통해 1차 불연(내화) 효과를 기대할 수 있고, 내부 수분이 표면 유리화로 인해 탈출하지 못하고 기포로 남아 유리화된 층에 함유되어 내화단열층을 형성함으로써 2차 불연(내화) 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 유리화로 인한 공기 유입이 억제되고 이를 통해 3차 불연(내화) 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
