The present invention relates to a coir rope supply apparatus for a palm mat weaving apparatus to continuously supply a coir rope without stopping operation of the palm mat weaving apparatus. According to the present invention, the coir rope supply apparatus comprises: a pair of fixtures spaced apart from each other on both sides and lengthily formed in the front and rear sides; a pair of extension bars extending to the upper part thereof; a support having both ends fixed on the extension bars, respectively; a plurality of receiving rods formed in a cylindrical shape and extending to the rear side; each coir rope roll formed and provided to unwound a coir rope wound therearound from the inside thereof; a plurality of coir rope discharge rods through which the coir rope passes between each pair; a pair of support plates having an upper portion extending to the upper side; and a coir rope guide bar provided to allow the coir rope to pass from the rear side to the front side thereof.
본 발명은 야자매트 직조장치용 코이어 로프 공급장치에 관한 것으로, 코이어 로프를 이용하여 야자매트를 직조하는 야자매트 직조장치의 후방에 구비되어 야자매트를 직조하기 위한 코이어 로프를 공급하도록 구비되는 야자매트 직조장치용 코이어 로프 공급장치에 있어서, 상기 야자매트 직조장치의 후방에 각형의 파이프로 형성되어 이격 구비되며, 양측으로 상호 이격되어 전후방으로 길게 형성되는 한 쌍의 고정대와, 상기 고정대 각각의 상부 내측에 각형의 파이프로 형성되어 구비되며, 각각은 상부로 연장되는 한 쌍의 연장대와, 상기 연장대 한 쌍의 사이에 상하로 상호 이격되어 다수개가 각각 구비되며, 각각의 양단이 연장대 상에 고정되는 지지대와, 상기 지지대 각각의 하부에 양측으로 상호 이격되어 다수개가 각각 구비되며, 각각은 원통형으로 형성됨과 아울러 후방으로 연장되는 다수개의 안착봉과, 상기 안착봉이 각각 이격된 사이 상부에 각각 안착 구비되며, 각각은 권취된 코이어 로프가 내측부터 권출되도록 형성되어 구비되는 코이어로프롤과, 상기 지지대 각각의 상부에 양측으로 길게 원통형으로 형성되어 구비됨과 아울러 상호 상하로 이격되어 한 쌍씩 각각 구비되며, 각각은 양단이 연장대 상에 고정되고, 각각 한 쌍의 사이로는 코이어 로프가 통과되는 다수개의 코이어로프배출봉과, 상기 고정대가 마주하는 방향 전방측에 각각 판형으로 형성되어 구비됨과 아울러 각각은 인접한 고정대에 연결 구비되며, 각각은 상부가 상부측으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 지지판과, 상기 지지판 한 쌍이 마주하는 사이에 각각 원통형으로 형성되어 다수개가 상호 상하로 이격되어 구비되며, 후방에서 전방으로 코이어 로프가 통과되도록 구비되는 코이어로프가이드봉으로 이루어지며, 안착봉의 상부에 안착되는 코이어로프롤은 전방에서 후방으로 다수개가 각각 연결 구비되어 이루어진다.
