The present invention relates to an apparatus for bending a large synthetic resin pipe for a pipeline, in which a heating means is inserted along a hollow formed in a body of a portion to be bent in a large synthetic resin pipe and electricity is supplied to the heating means to heat the pipe, such that the portion to be bent is heated and bent in a desired shape and is cooled. According to the present invention, the heating means is formed by covering two strands of carbon heating wires with a heating wire protection cover and inserting a thermal shrinkable film onto the heating wire protection cover. The heating means is placed inside a spring, the spring is inserted into a hollow continuously and constantly formed in the body of a large synthetic resin pipe, and electricity is supplied to the carbon heating wire, thereby heating the large synthetic resin pipe.
본 발명은 대형 수지관의 휘어짐을 원하는 부위의 몸체에 형성된 중공을 따라 발열수단을 끼워준 후 상기 발열수단에 전기를 공급하여 대형 수지관의 가열이 이루어지게 함으로써 휘어짐을 원하는 부위를 가열시켜 원하는 형태로 휘어준 후 냉각이 이루어지게 하는 것으로, 상기 발열수단은 두 가닥의 탄소열선에 열선 보호피복을 씌운 다음 열수축 필름을 씌워서 구성하고, 상기 발열수단은 스프링의 내측에 위치시킨 후 스프링을 대형 수지관의 몸체에 일정하게 연속적으로 형성되는 중공을 통하여 끼워준 다음 탄소열선에 전기를 공급하여 대형 수지관이 가열되게 하는 것이다.
