WATERPROOF SHEET FOR PREVENTION OF WATER AND ROOT CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAM
The present invention relates to a sheet for the prevention of roots containing metal powder and a construction method for the prevention of water and roots using the same. More specifically, formed is a layer for the prevention of roots by comprising: 20-30 wt% of polypropylene (PP); 50-70 wt% of polyethylene (PE); 2-5 wt% of styrene butadiene styrene (SBS); 1-7 wt% of one or more of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and poly vinyl butyral (PVB) resin; and 2-7 wt% of functional metal powder master batch. Accordingly, the present invention is able to grant polarity to the sheet, to increase the compatibility between polymers, to improve thermal resistance and adhesiveness, to improve elasticity and resistance to outer pressure, to prevent the sheet from being damaged, to increase engagement and elasticity rate between polymers, to reduce load due to the weight, to have a high adhesive strength, to have excellent impact resistance and vibration resistance, to prevent the detachment during thermal fusion processes, and to reduce the error rate in construction.
본 발명은 금속분말이 포함된 방근시트 및 이를 이용한 방수방근공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene, PP) 20 ~ 30 중량%, 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene, PE) 50 ~ 70 중량%, 스티렌부타디엔스티렌(Styrene Butadiene Styrene, SBS) 2 ~ 5 중량%, 에틸렌초산비닐 공중합체(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, EVA)와 PVB(Poly Vinyl Butyral) Resin 중 적어도 하나 이상 1 ~ 7 중량%, 기능성 금속분말 마스터 배치(Master Batch) 2 ~ 7 중량%로 방근층이 조성된다. 따라서, 시트에 극성을 부여하여 각 폴리머간의 상용성 증대로 내열성과 피착력을 향상시키고, 탄성이 향상되어 외부의 압력 저항성을 향상시켜 시트 파손을 예방할 수 있으며,각 폴리머간의 결합력과 탄성률을 증대시켜 하중에 의한 부하가 경감되며, 접착강도가 강하여 내충격성, 내진동성에 우수함과 더불어 열융착 작업 시 탈착현상을 방지하여 시공 불량 발생율을 저감시키는 금속분말이 포함된 방근시트 및 이를 이용한 방수방근공법을 제공한다.
