The present invention provides a water-impermeable waterproof asphalt concrete composition comprising an epoxy resin which comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 1-25 parts by weight of an epoxy resin; 1-25 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 1-25 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 500-2,000 parts by weight of aggregates; 30-150 parts by weight of fine powder aggregates; 1-5 parts by weight of a performance improving agent; 0.1-2 parts by weight of a compatibilizing agent; 0.1-2 parts by weight of cellulose fiber; 0.1-2 parts by weight of wax; and 0.1-2 parts by weight of an antioxidant. According to the present invention, the water-impermeable waterproof asphalt concrete composition, specifically, the water-impermeable waterproof asphalt concrete composition comprising an epoxy resin has excellent water resistance and durability, ensures that a casting process is readily carried out at low costs while plastic deformation, aging, and/or stripping are not easily caused, prevents pavement depression, and secures support force.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 에폭시 수지 1 내지 25중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 1 내지 25중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부; 골재 500 내지 2,000중량부; 미분말 골재 30 내지 150중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 5중량부; 상용화제 0.1 내지 2중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 0.1 내지 2중량부; 왁스 0.1 내지 2중량부; 및 산화방지제 0.1 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 불투수성 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 불투수성 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물, 특정적으로 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 불투수성 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 방수성 및 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 저비용으로 타설공정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 포장침하를 방지하고, 지지력을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.
