ADJUSTING APPARATUS FOR PRECAST SLAB AND PRECAST SLAB CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THEREWITH

According to the present invention, provided is a fine adjustment apparatus for mounting a precast floor plate, wherein the precast floor plate (10) has a plurality of openings (12) in a position of a girder (G). The fine adjustment apparatus comprises: a base frame (20) mounted and coupled onto the girder (G); a spacer (30) fixed onto the base frame (20); a rotation part (40) rotated with respect to the spacer (30) and having a screw thread (42) penetrating in a horizontal direction; and a pressurizing part (50) interlocked with the screw thread (42) of the rotation part (40) to horizontally transmit pressurizing force with respect to an inner side wall (12A) of the openings (12) of the precast floor plate (10).

본 발명에 의하면, 프리캐스트 바닥판(10)은 거더(G)의 위치에 복수개의 개구(12)를 구비하며, 거더(G) 상에 안착되어 결합되기 위한 베이스 프레임(20), 베이스 프레임(20) 상에 고정되는 스페이서(30), 스페이서(30)에 대하여 회동되며 수평방향으로 통공된 나사산(42)을 구비한 회동부(40), 및 회동부(40)의 나사산(42)과 치합되어 수평으로 프리캐스트 바닥판(10)의 개구(12)의 내측벽(12A)에 대하여 가압력을 전달하기 위한 가압부(50)로 이루어지는 프리캐스트 바닥판 거치용 미세조절 장치가 제공된다.
