The present invention relates to a power transmission device for a pin-jack winch, which installs an A type electric clutch and a B type electric clutch in the pin-jack winch, thereby automatically preventing power transmission of a motor in case of a power outage and implementing power transmission of a manual device. The power transmission device for a pin-jack winch lifts and lowers a floodgate coupled to a rack bar by rotating a rack gear in the winch by transmitting rotational power of the motor to the winch after a speed of the rotational power of the motor is reduced in a speed reducer. The power transmission device for a pin-jack winch is configured by installing the A type electric clutch controlling transmission of rotational power of a rotation shaft to a driving shaft and installing the B type electric clutch controlling the manual device transmitting the power to the driving shaft in the speed reducer receiving the rotational power of the motor.
본 발명은 핀잭 권양기에 A타입 전자클러치와 B타입 전자클러치를 설치하여 정전시에 자동으로 모터의 동력 전달을 차단하고 수동장치의 동력전달이 이루어지게 하는 핀잭 권양기의 동력 전달장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 모터의 회전 동력을 감속기에서 감속시킨 후 권양기로 전달하여 권양기에서 래크기어를 회전시켜 래크바에 결합된 수문을 승하강시킴에 있어서, 모터의 회전동력을 감속기에는 회전축의 회전동력을 구동축으로 전달하는 것을 단속하는 A타입 전자클러치를 설치하는 한편 구동축으로 동력을 전달하는 수동장치를 단속하는 B타입 전자클러치를 설치함으로써 이루어진다.
