The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly ready-mixed concrete composition and to a manufacturing method thereof. The ready-mixed concrete composition comprises a nitrogen functional group on the surface of lightweight aggregate including waste stone powder, bottom ash, and activated carbon. According to the present invention, neutralization caused by the use of lightweight aggregate can be prevented, and heavy metals can be absorbed. By including blast furnace slag fine powder and ready-mixed concrete recovery water, not only excellent physical properties and durability of concrete are represented, but also useful effects can be achieved in terms of recycling of industrial by-products.

본 발명은 친환경적인 레미콘 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 레미콘 조성물은 폐석분, 바텀애쉬 및 활성탄을 포함하는 경량골재의 표면에 질소 작용기를 포함하여 경량골재 사용으로 인해 발생하는 중성화 현상을 방지할 수 있고 중금속을 흡착할 수 있으며, 고로슬래그 미분말과 레미콘 회수수를 포함함으로써, 콘크리트의 우수한 물리적 성질 및 내구성을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 산업부산물의 재활용 측면에서도 유용한 효과를 달성할 수 있다.
