Removal device and method for expansion joint concrete
The present invention relates to a device for removing concrete from the rear part of an expansion joint device, which comprises: a body unit on which a component for removing concrete is mounted; a driving means provided for movement of the body unit; a cutting unit provided with a plurality of disk-shaped cutters installed on a front surface of the body unit to cut a concrete surface of a rear part by a predetermined depth; a chipping unit installed on a rear surface of the body unit, and having a nozzle for receiving high-pressure water to spray the same to a cut surface; a power pack unit for driving the cutting unit and the chipping unit; and a control unit for controlling the cutting unit, the chipping unit, and the power pack unit. According to the present invention, the concrete of the rear part can be rapidly removed to reduce the time and costs required for a replacement operation of an expansion joint device. In addition, direct damage to a structure due to an operation of chipping the concrete removed during a replacement operation is fundamentally blocked, such that the soundness of the structure is effectively maintained and managed.
본 발명은 신축이음장치 후타부 콘크리트 제거장치구성에 대한 것이며, 구체적으로 콘크리트 제거를 위한 구성요소가 장착되는 본체부;, 본체부의 이동을 위해 구비되는 구동수단;, 본체부 전면에 설치되는 디스크 형상의 절삭커터가 복수개 구비되어 후타부 콘크리트면을 일정깊이 절삭하는 절삭부;, 본체부 후면에 설치되고 고압의 물을 전달받아 절삭면에 고압수를 분사하는 노즐이 구비되는 치핑부;, 상기 절삭부 및 치핑부 구동을 위한 파워팩부;, 및 절삭부, 치핑부 및 파워팩부를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 신축이음장치 후타부 콘크리트 제거장치 및 공법을 이용하여 신속한 후타부 콘크리트 제거가 가능하여 신축이음장치 교체작업에 소요되는 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 교체 작업 중 제거되는 콘크리트 치핑작업에 따른 구조물에 직접적인 손상을 원천적으로 차단함으로서 구조물 건전도 유지 및 관리 측면에서 효과가 있다.
