Waterproof photovoltaic system
The present invention relates to a waterproof solar power generating system, which comprises: a column unit fixed to an upper surface of a roof of a building as pillars provided to have different heights to arrange a purlin unit constructed to form a frame for supporting a solar panel, a girder unit arranged to intersect the purlin unit below the purlin unit and a solar panel to be inclined; a waterproofing steel plate unit installed by overlapping a plurality of waterproof steel plates formed in a curved irregularity shape to cover the purlin unit and the girder unit on the purlin unit; a waterproof rail fixed to the purlin unit by a rail fixing bracket at a joint part formed by overlapping the waterproof steel plates, and coupled to a fixing bracket; solar panels assembled and installed on the waterproof rail to generate solar power; and a water receiving unit for draining rainwater flowing through the waterproof rail at a lower end of the purlin unit arranged to be inclined. An end of the waterproof rail is constructed to overlap a finished part of the roof of the building to block the inflow of rainwater from a fixed part of the waterproof steel plate.
본 발명은 방수형 태양광 발전 시스템에 대한 것으로, 태양광 패널을 지지하는 골조를 형성하도록 시공되는 펄린부와, 상기 펄린부 아래에서 펄린부와 교차하여 배치되는 거더부와, 태양광 패널이 경사되게 배치되도록 높이가 다르게 구비되어 있는 기둥들로서 건물의 지붕 상부면에 고정되는 컬럼부; 굴곡진 요철 형상으로 된 다수의 방수 강판들을 겹쳐서 설치하여 상기 펄린부 위에서 상기 펄린부와 거더부를 덮게되는 방수 강판부; 상기 방수 강판들을 겹쳐서 형성된 이음새 부분에서 레일 고정 브라켓에 의하여 펄린부에 고정되고, 상기 고정 브라켓에 결합되는 방수용 레일; 상기 방수용 레일 위에 조립, 설치되어 태양광 발전을 하는 태양광 패널들; 및 상기 경사지게 배치된 펄린부의 하부 말단에는 방수용 레일을 통하여 흘러내리는 빗물을 배수하는 물받이부를 포함하고, 상기 방수형 레일 단부는 건물 지붕의 마감처리된 부분과 겹치게 시공하여 방수 강판의 고정 부위에서 빗물의 유입을 차단한다.
