The present invention relates to a fine screen for treating debris. Provided is a fine screen for treating debris, which removes the debris by installing a screen net having grid intervals with spaced arrangement of screen members. The fine screen is manufactured as an assembly by including: a screen clogging prevention means, installed at the rear of the screen net, pulling out and removing debris inserted between the screen net to prevent clogging of the screen net side by controlling the lifting driving of a rear rake for screen clogging prevention using a lifting cylinder; a V-shaped gap adjusting plate in which slots are spaced in the longitudinal direction with respect to the screen net; the screen members disposed to be fitted therebetween; and a screen member fixation round bar for fixating the screen members. The present invention can prevent clogging caused by the screen net side debris by easily removing the debris caught between the screen members constituting the screen net from the back side of the screen net and can prevent deformation of the screen net, caused by welding between members when manufacturing a prior screen net, by improvement from a prior welding coupling method to an assembling coupling method when manufacturing the screen net, thereby increasing durability.
본 발명은 협잡물처리용 세목 스크린에 관한 것으로서, 스크린부재의 간격 배치로 눈금간격을 형성한 스크린망을 설치하여 협잡물을 제거하도록 한 협잡물처리용 세목 스크린에 있어서, 상기 스크린망의 뒷쪽에 설치하는 것으로서, 승강실린더를 이용하여 스크린막힘방지용 후방레이크의 승강 구동을 제어함으로써 스크린망 사이에 끼워진 협잡물을 빼내어 제거함에 의해 스크린망 측 막힘을 방지하도록 하는 스크린막힘방지수단;을 구비하며, 상기 스크린망에 대해 길이 방향으로 슬롯이 간격 형성된 V자형 구조의 간격조정플레이트와 이에 끼워 배치되는 스크린부재 및 스크린부재를 고정하기 위한 스크린부재고정환봉을 구비하여 조립체로 제작하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 스크린망을 구성하는 스크린부재 사이에 낀 협잡물들을 스크린망의 뒷쪽에서 용이하게 제거하여 스크린망 측 협잡물에 의한 막힘 현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 스크린망을 제작시 기존 용접 결합방식에서 조립 결합방식으로 개선함으로써 기존 스크린망의 제작시 부재간 용접 수행으로 발생되던 스크린망의 변형을 방지할 수 있어 내구성을 높일 수 있는 장점을 제공할 수 있다.
