DOOR LOCK FOR FIRE PREVENTION DOOR
The present invention relates to a door lock for a fire door which allows weak children or elderly people to easily open and close a fire door. A square shaft (18) penetrating a hub (26) of a box assembly (16) is connected between a key bundle (78) and a thumb turn (84) of an inner and an outer lever assembly (20), and coupling parts (62, 64, 66, 68) formed on levers (30, 32) side are coupled to an operating cam (28) of the box assembly (16) to lock, open, and close a fire door. The inner and outer lever assemblies (20, 22) form guide grooves (74, 76) on main spindles (34, 36) coupled to and fixed on the levers (30, 32) and couple link spindles (70, 72) having the coupling parts (62, 64, 66, 68) and guide parts (112, 114, 116, 118) to spring holders (54, 56) coupled to and fixed on an end of the main spindles (34, 36) to receive the elasticity of link springs (124, 126). When coupling the inner and outer lever assemblies (20, 22) while arranging the box assembly (16) therebetween, length adjustment is carried out while the link spindles (70, 72) retreat along the guide grooves (74, 76) of the main spindles (34, 36) in accordance with the thickness of the fire door.
본 발명은 방화문용 도어록에 관한 것으로, 상자어셈블리(16)의 허브(26)를 관통하는 각축(18)을 내·외측레버어셈블리(20)의 썸턴(84)과 키뭉치(78) 사이에 연결하고 또 레버(30)(32)측에 형성되는 결합편(62)(64)(66)(68)은 상자어셈블리(16)의 작동캠(28)과 결합하여 방화문의 잠금 및 개폐가 이루어지도록 하되, 내·외측레버어셈블리(20)(22)는 각각 레버(30)(32)에 결합고정되는 주스핀들(34)(36)에 안내홈(74)(76)을 형성하고 또 주스핀들(34)(36) 단부에 결합고정되는 스프링홀더(54)(56)에는 결합편(62)(64)(66)(68)과 안내편(112)(114)(116)(118)을 갖는 링크스핀들(70)(72)을 링크스프링(124)(126)의 탄성이 주어지도록 결합하여 상자어셈블리(16)를 사이에 두고 내·외측레버어셈블리(20)(22)를 결합할 시 방화문의 두께에 따라 링크스핀들(70)(72)이 주스핀들(34)(36)의 안내홈(74)(76)을 따라 후퇴하면서 길이조절이 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
