The present invention relates to a stone installation method and an angle installation assembly system applying the same. The angle installation assembly comprises: an anchor bolt (110) wherein a head portion (111) thereof is inserted into and fixed on a concrete wall (10) and the remaining portion thereof protrudes from the concrete wall (10); an anchor cap (120) coupled to the outer circumference of the anchor bolt (110) protruding from the concrete wall (10); a C-shaped angle (130) having a front surface (131) corresponding to an insulator (20) constructed on the concrete wall (10), both sides (132, 133) extended from the front surface (131) to both sides and inserted into the insulator (20), and a penetration long hole (131a) formed on the front surface (131) and penetrated by the anchor bolt (110) protruding from the concrete wall (10); an L-shaped angle (140) including one side (141) coming in contact with the C-shaped angle (130) and the other side (142) perpendicular to the one side (141), and having a communication long hole (141a) formed on the one side (141) and communicating with the penetration long hole (131a); and an anchor nut (150) fastened to an end of the anchor bolt (110) penetrating the penetration long hole (131a) of the C-shaped angle (130) and the communication long hole (141a) of the L-shaped angle (140) to tighten the anchor bolt (110) and the anchor cap (120) together. The present invention can improve the fixing power of the anchor bolt.
본 발명은 석재 설치 방법 및 이를 적용한 앵글 설치 어셈블리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 앵글 설치 어셈블리는 머리 부분(111)이 콘크리트 벽체(10)에 삽입 고정되고 나머지 부분이 상기 콘크리트 벽체(10)로부터 돌출되는 앙카볼트(110)와 상기 콘크리트 벽체(10)로부터 돌출된 상기 앙카볼트(110)의 외주에 결합되는 앙카캡(120)과 상기 콘크리트 벽체(10)에 시공되는 단열재(20)에 정면부(131)가 대응되고 상기 정면부(131)에서 양측으로 각각 연장된 양측부(132,133)가 상기 단열재(20)에 삽입되며, 상기 정면부(131)에 상기 콘크리트 벽체(10)로부터 돌출된 상기 앙카볼트(110)가 관통하는 관통장공(131a)이 형성되는 ㄷ자 앵글(130)과 상기 ㄷ자 앵글(130)에 접촉되는 일측면부(141)와 상기 일측면부(141)와 직교하는 타측면부(142)를 포함하며, 상기 일측면부(141)에 상기 관통장공(131a)과 연통되는 연통장공(141a)이 형성되는 L자 앵글(140)과, 상기 ㄷ자 앵글(130)의 관통장공(131a)과 상기 L자 앵글(140)의 연통장공(141a)을 관통한 상기 앙카볼트(110)의 단부에 체결되어 상기 앙카볼트(110)와 상기 앙카캡(120)이 함께 조여지도록 하는 앙카너트(150)를 포함한다. 본 발명은 앙카볼트의 고정력을 향상시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a stone installation method and an angle installation assembly system applying the same. The present invention can improve the fixing power of the anchor bolt.
