The present invention relates to an apparatus for safe lifting and fall prevention of a gang form and, more specifically, to an apparatus for safe lifting and fall prevention of a gang form, enabling a worker to release an exposed fixing bolt only when a shackle of a lifting crane is coupled to a lifting ring by externally exposing the fixing bolt connecting the gang form to an external form only in a state in which the shackle arranged at an end portion of the lifting crane is coupled to the lifting ring of the gang form, thereby enabling the gang form to be safely lifted and prevented from falling. To this end, the apparatus comprises: a top cover formed in a flat plate shape to open and close the lifting ring provided in the gang form; a shaft rod vertically arranged to a lower side from one side of the top cover; a guide member which has one surface coupled to a vertical frame forming the gang form and to which the shaft rod is coupled to be able to rotate; a safety cover coupled to the shaft rod to externally expose or protect the head of the fixing bolt coupling the gang form to the external form; an elastic spring coupled to the shaft rod such that the safety cover elastically presses the head of the fixing bolt in a direction in which the head is not exposed; and a stopper member which has one surface coupled to the vertical frame forming the gang form and to which the shaft rod is coupled to be able to rotate, while controlling the rotating angle of the shaft rod.
본 발명은 갱폼 안전 인양 및 추락 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 갱폼의 인양고리에 인양 크레인의 단부에 배치된 샤클이 결합된 상태에서만 갱폼과 외부폼을 연결하고 있는 고정볼트가 외부로 노출되도록 하여 인양 크레인의 샤클이 인양고리에 결합되어야만 작업자가 노출된 고정볼트를 해제할 수 있어 갱폼의 안전한 인양이 가능하고 추락을 방지할 수 있는 갱폼 안전 인양 및 추락 방지 장치에 관한 것으로 이를 위해 본 발명은, 편평한 플레이트 형태로 이루어져 갱폼에 구비된 인양고리를 개폐하는 탑 커버; 상기 탑 커버의 일측에서 하방으로 수직하게 배치된 축봉; 일면이 상기 갱폼을 구성하는 수직프레임에 결합되며 상기 축봉이 회전 가능하게 결합되는 가이드부재; 상기 축봉에 결합되어 상기 갱폼과 외부폼을 결합하는 고정볼트의 헤드를 외부로 노출하거나 또는 보호하는 안전커버; 상기 축봉에 결합되어 상기 안전커버가 상기 고정볼트의 헤드를 비노출하는 방향으로 탄성 가압하는 탄성스프링; 및 일면이 상기 갱폼을 구성하는 수직프레임에 결합되며 상기 축봉이 회전 가능하게 결합되되 상기 축봉의 회전 각도를 제어하는 스톱퍼부재;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for safe lifting and fall prevention of a gang form and, more specifically, to an apparatus for safe lifting and fall prevention of a gang form, enabling a worker to release an exposed fixing bolt only when a shackle of a lifting crane is coupled to a lifting ring by externally exposing the fixing bolt connecting the gang form to an external form only in a state in which the shackle arranged at an end portion of the lifting crane is coupled to the lifting ring of the gang form, thereby enabling the gang form to be safely lifted and prevented from falling. 본 발명은 갱폼 안전 인양 및 추락 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 갱폼의 인양고리에 인양 크레인의 단부에 배치된 샤클이 결합된 상태에서만 갱폼과 외부폼을 연결하고 있는 고정볼트가 외부로 노출되도록 하여 인양 크레인의 샤클이 인양고리에 결합되어야만 작업자가 노출된 고정볼트를 해제할 수 있어 갱폼의 안전한 인양이 가능하고 추락을 방지할 수 있는 갱폼 안전 인양 및 추락 방지 장치에 관한 것으로 이를 위해 본 발명은, 편평한 플레이트 형태로 이루어져 갱폼에 구비된 인양고리를 개폐하는 탑 커버; 상기 탑 커버의 일측에서 하방으로 수직하게 배치된 축봉; 일면이 상기 갱폼을 구성하는 수직프레임에 결합되며 상기 축봉이 회전 가능하게 결합되는 가이드부재; 상기 축봉에 결합되어 상기 갱폼과 외부폼을 결합하는 고정볼트의 헤드를 외부로 노출하거나 또는 보호하는 안전커버; 상기 축봉에 결합되어 상기 안전커버가 상기 고정볼트의 헤드를 비노출하는 방향으로 탄성 가압하는 탄성스프링; 및 일면이 상기 갱폼을 구성하는 수직프레임에 결합되며 상기 축봉이 회전 가능하게 결합되되 상기 축봉의 회전 각도를 제어하는 스톱퍼부재;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
