Leveling support method of tower
The present invention relates to a method for supporting a tower to maintain the horizontality thereof at the upper portion of concrete to fixedly install the tower at the upper portion of the concrete. In particular, provided in the present invention is a method for supporting horizontality of a tower, which comprises: a step of placing concrete which is the foundation of a tower such that one end of a plurality of anchor bolts may be exposed to the upper portion; a step of installing a plurality of levelling members and an upper plate at the upper portion of the concrete which is placed after the upper plate is mounted on the plurality of anchor bolts; a step of curing the placed concrete; a step of removing the upper plate installed at the upper portion of the concrete after the concrete is cured; a step of fastening a plurality of levelling bolts to the plurality of levelling members located at the upper portion of the cured concrete from which the upper plate is removed; and a step of mounting the tower at the upper portion of the fastened levelling bolts to fixate the tower using an anchor nut. Therefore, because the plurality of levelling members are mounted on the lower surface of the upper plate mounted on the anchor bolt, when the upper plate is installed at the anchor bolt, installation can be conveniently performed at the upper portion of the concrete while maintaining the levelness of the levelling members. Furthermore, the tower is mounted on the upper portion of the levelling bolts which are fastened at the levelling members in a state in which the horizontality thereof is adjusted, thereby improving precision and workability in the levelling work of the tower.
본 발명은 콘크리트의 상부에 타워를 수평되게 지지하면서 상기 타워를 콘크리트의 상부에 고정 설치하기 위한 방법으로서, 복수개의 앵커볼트의 일단이 상부로 노출되도록 타워의 기초인 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계; 복수개의 앵커볼트에 상부 플레이트를 장착하여 타설된 콘크리트의 상부에 복수개의 레벨링부재 및 상부 플레이트를 설치하는 단계; 타설된 콘크리트를 양생시키는 단계; 콘크리트를 양생 후 콘크리트의 상부에 설치된 상부 플레이트를 제거하는 단계; 상부 플레트가 제거된 양생된 콘트리트의 상부에 위치하는 복수개의 레벨링부재에 복수개의 레벨링볼트를 체결하는 단계; 및 체결된 레벨링볼트의 상부에 타워를 안착시킨 후 앵커너트를 이용해 타워를 고정하는 단계를 포함하는 타워의 수평 지지방법을 제공한다. 따라서, 앵커볼트에 장착되는 상부 플레이트의 하부면에 복수개의 레벨링부재가 장착됨으로써 상부 플레이트를 앵커볼트에 설치 시 레벨링부재의 평탄도를 유지시킨 상태로 간편하게 콘크리트의 상부에 설치할 수 있고, 레벨링부재에 수평조절된 상태로 체결된 레벨링볼트의 상부에 타워가 안착됨으로써 타워의 레벨링 정확성 및 작업성을 향상시킬 수다.

The present invention relates to a method for supporting a tower to maintain the horizontality thereof at the upper portion of concrete to fixedly install the tower at the upper portion of the concrete. In particular, provided in the present invention is a method for supporting horizontality of a tower, which comprises: a step of placing concrete which is the foundation of a tower such that one end of a plurality of anchor bolts may be exposed to the upper portion; a step of installing a plurality of levelling members and an upper plate at the upper portion of the concrete which is placed after the upper plate is mounted on the plurality of anchor bolts; a step of curing the placed concrete; a step of removing the upper plate installed at the upper portion of the concrete after the concrete is cured; a step of fastening a plurality of levelling bolts to the plurality of levelling members located at the upper portion of the cured concrete from which the upper plate is removed; and a step of mounting the tower at the upper portion of the fastened levelling bolts to fixate the tower using an anchor nut. Therefore, because the plurality of levelling members are mounted on the lower surface of the upper plate mounted on the anchor bolt, when the upper plate is installed at the anchor bolt, installation can be conveniently performed at the upper portion of the concrete while maintaining the levelness of the levelling members. Furthermore, the tower is mounted on the upper portion of the levelling bolts which are fastened at the levelling members in a state in which the horizontality thereof is adjusted, thereby improving precision and workability in the levelling work of the tower.
본 발명은 콘크리트의 상부에 타워를 수평되게 지지하면서 상기 타워를 콘크리트의 상부에 고정 설치하기 위한 방법으로서, 복수개의 앵커볼트의 일단이 상부로 노출되도록 타워의 기초인 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계; 복수개의 앵커볼트에 상부 플레이트를 장착하여 타설된 콘크리트의 상부에 복수개의 레벨링부재 및 상부 플레이트를 설치하는 단계; 타설된 콘크리트를 양생시키는 단계; 콘크리트를 양생 후 콘크리트의 상부에 설치된 상부 플레이트를 제거하는 단계; 상부 플레트가 제거된 양생된 콘트리트의 상부에 위치하는 복수개의 레벨링부재에 복수개의 레벨링볼트를 체결하는 단계; 및 체결된 레벨링볼트의 상부에 타워를 안착시킨 후 앵커너트를 이용해 타워를 고정하는 단계를 포함하는 타워의 수평 지지방법을 제공한다. 따라서, 앵커볼트에 장착되는 상부 플레이트의 하부면에 복수개의 레벨링부재가 장착됨으로써 상부 플레이트를 앵커볼트에 설치 시 레벨링부재의 평탄도를 유지시킨 상태로 간편하게 콘크리트의 상부에 설치할 수 있고, 레벨링부재에 수평조절된 상태로 체결된 레벨링볼트의 상부에 타워가 안착됨으로써 타워의 레벨링 정확성 및 작업성을 향상시킬 수다.
