The present invention provides a rotary dust remover including a potential screen and a main screen in order to efficiently remove various contaminants and floating substances flowing into the drain. The rotary dust remover solves the problem of a main screen descending due to its own weight when the main screen rises while stably conducting the potential screen and ensuring that the main screen does not get caught in an apron in a process of moving the main screen up and down smoothly for promoting convenience in maintenance and implementing easy and stable drainage even in special situations (excessive contaminants and floating substances in the case of flooding) and have countermeasures for stably operating the potential screen so that the rotary dust remover can be easily conducted in a timely manner by providing an overload prevention clutch means to prevent the potential screen from being damaged when the overload occurs during the conduction process of the potential screen. In addition, the rotary dust remover provides a contaminant lifting means in front of the potential screen to collect the contaminants more efficiently.
본 발명은 배수로에 유입되는 각종 협잡물 및 부유물 등을 효율적으로 제거하기 위해 전위스크린과 메인스크린이 일괄 포함된 로타리 제진기를 제공하되, 유지관리의 편리성을 도모하고 특수한 상황(홍수 시 과도한 협잡물 및 부유물의 유입)발생에도 쉽고 안정적으로 원활한 배수를 구현하기 위하여 전위스크린의 안정적인 전도와 메인스크린의 승강과정에서 에이프론에 걸려지지 않게 원활하게 승강이 이루어지도록 하면서 메인스크린이 상승시 자중에 의해 하강하는 문제를 해소하고, 전위스크린이 전도과정에서 과부하가 발생시 전위스크린의 파손을 방지하기 위한 과부하방지 클러치수단을 제공하여 안정적으로 전위스크린을 작동시킬 수 있도록 하는 대응수단이 마련되어 적기에 용이하게 전도될 수 있도록 하는 로타리 제진장치이다. 또한 전위스크린의 전방에 협잡물 부양수단을 제공하여 협잡물을 더욱 효율적으로 수거할 수 있도록 하는 로터리 제진장치이다.
