Automatic Fire Extinguisher for Sandwich Panel Installation
The present invention provides a useful automatic fire extinguisher for sandwich panel installation, which is embedded in one side of a sandwich panel. According to the present invention, the automatic fire extinguisher for sandwich panel installation comprises: a case made of an elastomer containing rubber, having a cylindrical outer shape, forming a space inside, and having a through hole communicating with the inner space on one side thereof; an explosion part provided in the center of the inner space of the case and exploding by ignition of a fuse; fire extinguishing powder which is filled in a space between the case and the explosion part, and spreads to the outside of the case when the explosion part explodes; and the fuse which is connected to the explosion part, is exposed to the outside through the through hole of the case, is in close contact with an outer surface of the case, and is ignited by a fire to ignite the explosion part. The automatic fire extinguisher not only has an excellent fire suppression effect, but also has a simple structure, allowing easy installation and handling, since the extinguisher explodes with a flame when a fire occurs, and the extinguishing powder provided inside is widely scattered and diffused by the expansion of the air according to the explosion, so that the fire can be extinguished.
본 발명은 샌드위치 판넬의 일측면에 매립되어 구비되는 것으로, 고무가 포함된 탄성중합체로 이루어지고, 외형은 원통형으로 내부에는 공간을 형성하며, 일측면에는 내부공간과 연통하는 통공을 형성한 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 내부공간 중심에 구비되고, 도화선의 점화에 의해 폭발하는 폭발부와, 상기 케이스와 폭발부 사이 공간에 충진되어, 상기 폭발부가 폭발하면 상기 케이스의 외부로 확산되는 소화분말, 및 상기 폭발부와 연결되고, 상기 케이스의 통공을 통해 외부로 노출되면서 상기 케이스의 외면에 밀착되며, 화재에 의해 인화되어 상기 폭발부를 점화하는 도화선을 포함하여, 화재 발생 시 불꽃에 의해 폭발하여, 폭발에 따른 공기의 팽창으로 내부에 구비된 소화분말을 광범위하게 비산 및 확산시켜, 화재의 진화가 이루어지도록 하여, 화재진압 효과가 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라 구조가 간단하여 설치 및 취급이 간편한 유용한 샌드위치 판넬 설치용 자동소화기를 제공한다.
