Ground and slope reinforcement anchor grouting device
The present invention relates to a grouting device for reinforcing bearing capacity. More specifically, the grouting device comprises: an anchor body (10) forming a plurality of guide holes (13) formed to install the PC steel wire (16) inside the body (11), and a plurality of guide grooves (14) formed to install the PC steel wire (16) and a grouting material injection pipe (17) installed on the upper and lower surfaces; a fixing member (12) formed on the rear surface of the anchor body (10) with a predetermined length and having a plurality of reinforcing ribs (15) formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof; a fixing ring (19) fixing the tip of the PC steel wire (16) installed in the anchor body (10) to prevent the PC steel wire (16) from being separated from the anchor body (10) during tensioning; and a closing bolt (20) installed to block the tip of the guide hole (13) of the anchor body (10) into which the PC steel wire 16 (is) inserted. According to the present invention, the anchor grouting device is manufactured by die-casting from aluminum, so it is light in weight and easy to handle and manage. Provided is a ground and slope reinforcement anchor grouting device which can secure an anchor force with a large attachment area within a drilling hole by forming the anchor device in multiple stages.
본 발명은 지지력을 보강하기 위한 그라우팅 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 바디(11) 내부에 PC강선(16)을 설치할 수 있도록 형성된 복수의 가이드홀(13) 및 PC강선(16)과 그라우팅재 주입관(17)이 설치될 수 있도록 상면과 저면에 다수의 가이드홈(14)이 형성된 앵커체(10)와; 상기 앵커체(10) 후면에 소정의 길이로 형성되고 외주면에 다수의 보강리브(15)가 형성된 정착부재(12)와; 상기 앵커체(10)에 설치되는 PC강선(16) 선단부를 고정하여 인장시 앵커체(10)로부터 PC강선(16)이 이탈되지 않도록 하는 고정링(19)과; 상기 PC강선(16)이 삽입되는 앵커체(10)의 가이드홀(13) 선단부를 막을 수 있도록 설치된 마감볼트(20)로 구성된 것으로서, 본 발명은 앵커 그라우팅 장치는 알루미늄으로 다이캐스팅 제작함으로 중량이 가벼워 취급관리가 간단 용이하며, 앵커장치를 다단으로 형성함으로 천공홀 내에서 부착면적이 크고 확실한 앵커력을 확보할 수 있도록한 지반 및 사면보강 앵커 그라우팅 장치에 관한 것이다.
