The present invention relates to a waterproof panel assembly having a stepped flange with a separable degassing device and, more specifically, to a waterproof panel assembly having a stepped flange with a separable degassing device to prevent leakage of the floor of a building such as a concrete or a reinforced slab roof, and a method for construction thereof. The present invention has the effect of preventing rainwater from flowing into a concrete structure by installing a waterproof panel together with a degassing device, and allowing the gas and water generated from the concrete to be easily discharged at the same time. In addition, by varying a height of the bottom of the waterproof panel, there is no height difference when stacking waterproof panels. By changing a shape of a cover sandwiched between the waterproof panels so that the waterproof panel assembly does not mesh with the silicone, not the whole, but only a part such as replacing the cover without loss of the silicon can be easily repaired during construction. Finally, by installing a drain unit in a double structure to form a space through which the air is discharged, there is an effect of preventing dew condensation.
본 발명은 분리형 탈기장치를 구비한 플랜지가 단차를 갖는 방수패널 조립체 에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 콘크리트, 철근 슬라브 옥상 등 건출물 바닥의 누수를 방지하기 위한 분리형 탈기장치를 구비한 플랜지가 단차를 갖는 방수패널 조립체 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 방수패널을 탈기장치와 함께 설치함으로써 콘크리트 구조물 내부로 우수가 유입되지 않도록 할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 콘크리트로부터 발생하는 가스, 물 등이 용이하게 배출될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. 또한 방수패널의 하단의 높낮이를 달리함으로써 방수패널을 적층시킬 때 높이차가 나지 않도록 하고, 방수패널 사이에 끼워지는 커버의 형태를 변형하여 실리콘과 함께 맞물리지 않도록 함으로써 실리콘의 손실 없이 커버를 교체하는 등 보수 공사시 전체를 보수하는게 아니라 일부분만 쉽게 보수할 수 있다. 마지막으로 배수구부를 이중 구조로 설치하여 공기 등이 배출되는 공간을 형성시킴으로써 결로가 생기는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
