BLOCK MANUFACTRING METHOD USING WASTE VINYL AS A RAW MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a block manufacturing method using waste vinyl as a raw material, comprising: a melting step of melting waste vinyl into a liquid state; an input step of putting molten waste vinyl into a block manufacturing mold for manufacturing the block; a pressing step of covering and pressing an upper opening unit of the block manufacturing mold; and a separation step of separating the block manufactured by the waste vinyl from the block manufacturing mold when the pressing is completed. According to the present invention, the block capable of being reused for various purposes is manufactured by melting used waste vinyl and then putting the same into the mold for manufacturing the block.
본 발명은 사용이 완료된 폐비닐을 용융시킨 뒤 블록 제조를 위한 금형에 투입시켜 다양한 용도로 재사용이 가능한 블록을 제조할 수 있도록 구현한 폐비닐을 원료로 하는 블록 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 폐비닐을 액체 상태로 용융시키는 용융 단계; 용융된 폐비닐을 블록의 제조를 위한 블록 제조 금형에 투입하는 투입 단계; 상기 블록 제조 금형의 상측 개구부를 덮어 가압하는 가압 단계; 및 가압이 완료되면 폐비닐에 의해 제조된 블록을 상기 블록 제조 금형으로부터 분리하는 분리 단계;를 포함한다.
