The present invention is installed on a front side of a rainwater discharge chamber (3) of a floor of a sewer pipe (2) to block introduction of various impurities such as branches toward an opening and closing device (4) provided in the rainwater discharge chamber (3) and comprises: an elastic locking rod (20) in which a gradient sensor (30) is mounted; and a control box (40) receiving a signal of the gradient sensor (30) mounted in the elastic locking rod (20) to visually or acoustically warn to the outside or transmit the signal to a remote plate at the same time when a gradient sensed by the gradient sensor (20) is smaller than the set gradient.
본 발명은 하수관로 바닥(2)의 우수토실(3) 전방에 설치되어 우수토실(3)에 구비된 개폐장치(4)쪽으로 나뭇가지 등을 비롯한 각종 협잡물이 유입되는 것을 차단하기 위한 것으로, 이는 기울기 센서(30)가 내장된 탄성 걸림봉(20)과, 상기 탄성 걸림봉(20)에 내장된 기울기 센서(30)의 신호를 받아 기울기 센서(20)에서 감지된 기울기가 설정된 기울기보다 작아질 경우 외부에 시각 또는 청각으로 경고하거나 이와 동시에 원격지에 신호를 전송하는 컨트롤박스(40)로 구성되어 있다.
