본 발명은 완충 볼라드 기능을 구비한 경관용 조명기구에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 도로나 공원 등에 설치되어 가변되는 조명으로 미려한 시각적 효과를 연출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다단으로 구획하여 외부 충격에 의한 파손시 파손된 부위만을 교체할 수 있어 유지 보수에 소요되는 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 완충 볼라드 기능을 구비한 경관용 조명기구에 관한 것이다.
