The present invention relates to a roly-poly type safety fence and, more specifically, to a roly-poly type safety fence installed such that posts can be turned by strong wing without being cut or bent even in case of strong wing on a coast, thereby minimizing damage to a safety fence. To achieve the purpose, the roly-poly type safety fence includes: a plurality of posts having an underground groove part formed along a coast with an opening part formed therein to be opened upwards, installed along the coast at regular intervals, and installed to be turned in only one direction; a safety bar connected between the posts; a support means having one end axially combined with the safety bar, and having the other end buried in the underground groove part formed in the coast to support the posts; and an elastic means buried under the ground, and elastically supporting the other end of the support means to provide a restoration force to the posts when the posts are turned. A shielding cover is installed in the opening part of the underground groove part to cover and shield the opening part, wherein the shielding cover forms a cut part cut along a moving path of the support means so as to avoid interference in the movement of the support means.
본 발명은 오뚝이형 안전난간에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 해안에 강풍이 발생하더라도 강풍에 의해 지주가 절단되거나 휘어지지 않고 회동될 수 있도록 설치됨으로써, 안전난간의 손상을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 오뚝이형 안전난간에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 상방을 향해 개구된 개구부가 형성된 지중홈부가 해안을 따라 형성되고, 일정 간격을 두고 해안을 따라 설치되며, 일방향으로만 회전될 수 있도록 설치된 복수의 지주; 상기 지주 사이에 연결된 안전바; 일단부는 상기 안전바에 축 결합되며, 타단부는 해안에 형성된 지중홈부에 매립되어 상기 지주를 지지하는 버팀수단; 지중에 매립되며, 상기 버팀수단의 타단부를 탄성 지지하여 상기 지주 회동시 지주에 복원력을 제공하는 탄성수단을 포함하며, 상기 지중홈부의 개구부에는 개구부를 덮어 차폐시키는 차폐커버가 설치되되, 상기 차폐커버는 상기 버팀수단의 움직임을 간섭하지 않도록 버팀수단의 이동 경로를 따라 절개된 절개부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 오뚝이형 안전난간을 제공한다.
