The present invention relates to a dedusting machine. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the dedusting machine includes: a screen installed in a waterway, and filtering out impurities by blocking the same; a plurality of rakes provided to be circulated through front and rear sides of the screen, and removing the impurities stuck in the front side of the screen when moved along the front side of the screen; a chain driving part combined with the plurality of rakes, and including a lifting chain circulating the plurality of rakes along the front and rear sides of the screen, and at least one sprocket connected with the lifting chain to circulate and rotate the lifting chain; a frame placed on at least one of both sides of the screen, and having a guide rail formed to support the lifting chain such that the lifting chain can be circulated and rotated in a state in which the lifting chain is stored; and a plurality of foreign substance inflow prevention covers provided in a plurality of links constituting the lifting chain respectively, and preventing foreign substances from flowing from the outside into the guide rail by covering an open side of the guide rail. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving the durability of a dedusting machine and the efficiency of impurity removal.
본 발명은 제진기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제진기는, 수로에 설치되며, 협잡물을 차단하여 걸러내는 스크린; 스크린의 전면 및 후면을 순환 이동하도록 구비되며, 스크린의 전면을 따라 이동할 때에 스크린의 전면에 걸린 협잡물을 제거하는 복수의 레이크; 복수의 레이크가 결합되며, 스크린의 전면 및 후면을 따라 복수의 레이크를 순환 구동시키는 인양 체인과, 인양 체인에 연결되어 인양 체인을 순환 회전시키는 적어도 하나의 스프라켓을 포함하는 체인 구동부; 스크린의 양측 중 적어도 하나의 일측에 배치되며, 인양 체인이 수용된 상태로 인양 체인을 순환 회전 가능하게 지지하는 가이드 레일이 형성된 프레임; 및 인양 체인을 구성하는 복수의 링크 각각에 구비되며, 가이드 레일의 개방된 측면을 차폐하여 외부로부터 이물질이 가이드 레일의 내부로 유입되는 것을 차단하는 복수의 이물질 유입 방지 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a dedusting machine.
