The present invention relates to various embodiments related to a leakage prevention window frame for the veranda of an apartment house, which can block water (for example, rainwater) flowing in between a building wall and a window frame member from infiltrating the inside of a building. According to an embodiment, a leakage prevention window frame for the veranda of an apartment house comprises: a leakage prevention window frame body disposed between a building wall and a window frame member; and at least one leakage prevention structure formed on the leakage prevention window frame body, and discharging water, flowing in between the building wall and the leakage prevention window frame body, to the outside of the building wall while moving the water stepwise in order to block the water from infiltrating the inside of the building. In addition, other embodiments are possible.
