The disclosed invention relates to a buffer material for reducing an interlayer noise, which has an elastic member in a through-hole of a sound absorption material to effectively absorb and distribute a noise and vibration generated by an impact to have excellent sound insulation and buffering effect. The buffer material for reducing an interlayer noise comprises: the sound absorption material stacked and formed on an upper surface of a concrete slab layer; at least one soundproof material arranged in a parallel direction to the ground surface on the sound absorption material; and an adhesion member provided between the soundproof material and the adjacent soundproof material. The sound absorption material comprises: a base material; the plurality of through-holes penetrating the base material; and an elastic member, of which at least one surface is coupled to the soundproof material, provided to each of the through-holes.
