Construction method of prefabricated wall using prefabricated wall module
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a prefabricated wall by using a prefabricated wall module, which allows a horizontal joint protruding from an end of one prefabricated wall module to be inserted and fixed to an end of the other prefabricated wall module, thereby easily and reliably joining both walls, and can shorten a construction period by omitting on-site reinforcing bar arrangement and temporary material construction processes. The prefabricated wall module includes: a plurality of molded steel materials vertically disposed on both sides of a wall inside the wall; a plurality of horizontal support members for horizontally connecting, to each other, molded steel materials adjacent to each other in a width direction; a plurality of gap support members for connecting, to each other, cast steel materials facing each other in a thickness direction; and horizontal joints protruding from one or both ends of the prefabricated wall module, and inserted into an end of the other prefabricated wall module adjacent thereto. The method comprises the following steps of: (a) installing a plurality of prefabricated wall modules to be spaced apart from each other so that the horizontal joints of one prefabricated wall module are inserted into an end of the other prefabricated wall module adjacent thereto; (b) installing forms on the outside of the prefabricated wall module; and (c) pouring concrete into the forms.
본 발명은 일측 선조립 벽체 모듈 단부에 돌출 형성되는 수평이음구가 이웃하는 타측 선조립 벽체 모듈 단부에 삽입되어 정착되도록 함으로써 양측 벽체의 이음을 쉽고 확실하게 진행할 수 있고, 현장 철근 배근 작업 및 가설재 시공 공정의 생략으로 공기 단축이 가능한 선조립 벽체 모듈을 이용한 선조립 벽체의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 벽체 내부에서 양측에 수직 방향으로 배치되는 복수의 주형강재; 폭 방향으로 이웃하는 주형강재를 수평 방향으로 상호 연결하는 복수의 수평지지부재; 두께 방향으로 마주보는 주형강재를 상호 연결하는 복수의 간격지지부재; 및 선조립 벽체 모듈의 일측 또는 양측단으로 돌출 형성되어 이웃하는 타측 선조립 벽체 모듈의 측단에 삽입되는 수평이음구; 로 구성되는 선조립 벽체 모듈을 이용한 선조립 벽체의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 일측 선조립 벽체 모듈의 수평이음구가 이웃하는 타측 선조립 벽체 모듈의 측단 내부에 삽입되도록 복수의 선조립 벽체 모듈을 일정 간격 이격되게 설치하는 단계; (b) 상기 선조립 벽체 모듈의 외측에 거푸집을 설치하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 거푸집의 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구성된다.

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a prefabricated wall by using a prefabricated wall module, which allows a horizontal joint protruding from an end of one prefabricated wall module to be inserted and fixed to an end of the other prefabricated wall module, thereby easily and reliably joining both walls, and can shorten a construction period by omitting on-site reinforcing bar arrangement and temporary material construction processes.
