The present invention relates to a portable shower and toilet trailer installed in a loading box of a truck to provide a portable toilet facility and a simple shower facility. According to the present invention, the portable shower and toilet trailer comprises an upper booth and a lower booth. The upper booth includes: a toilet booth formed on one side of a vertical partition dividing the upper booth along the longitudinal direction; and a shower booth formed on the other side of a vertical partition dividing the upper booth along the longitudinal direction. The lower booth includes: a septic tank formed under the toilet booth; and a water tank formed under the shower booth.
